This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal information when you use the Maratha Wedding mobile app, website, and related matrimony services.
We collect information needed to provide matrimonial profile, search, matching, communication, safety, support, and premium membership services.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with other registered users according to app features and your privacy settings, with service providers who help us operate the service, and where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or user safety reasons.
Maratha Wedding currently uses or may use Razorpay for payment processing, Firebase for push notifications and app services, Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics, MSG91 for OTP/SMS communication, and Hostinger or other hosting/cloud providers for infrastructure and data hosting. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Maratha Wedding receives payment status, order ID, payment ID, amount, plan details, and related transaction metadata. We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, net banking passwords, or sensitive payment authentication details.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, export/download of your data where available, deletion of your account and profile data, and withdrawal from optional communications where available.
You can request account deletion from the Maratha Wedding app or website. Once requested, your account is marked for deletion and removed from active discovery where applicable. A grace period is provided so you can restore your account if the request was made by mistake.
After the grace period ends, Maratha Wedding deletes your account/profile data from its active systems through the scheduled deletion process. We do not keep your active matrimonial profile after completed deletion.
Some limited non-profile records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, or regulatory reasons. Payment processors, banks, telecom providers, and app service providers may also retain records under their own legal obligations.
Maratha Wedding is intended only for users who are legally eligible to use matrimonial services and legally eligible for marriage under applicable law. Users below the applicable legal age must not create an account.
