These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Maratha Wedding mobile app, website, and related matrimony services operated by Ponzo Technology, owned by Vaibhav Nilkhan, Patur, District Akola, Maharashtra 444501, India.
By creating an account, browsing profiles, using free features, purchasing a membership, or accessing Maratha Wedding in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally eligible to use matrimonial services and legally eligible for marriage under applicable law. In India, marriage eligibility is generally 18 years for women and 21 years for men. You must provide truthful and accurate information.
Maratha Wedding is provided only for genuine matrimonial purposes. You must not use the platform for dating misuse, harassment, advertising, spam, fraud, commercial solicitation, scraping, or unlawful activity.
You agree not to upload false, abusive, obscene, illegal, or misleading content; harass, threaten, defame, abuse, stalk, or exploit another user; collect user data without permission; bypass privacy, security, payment, or access controls; use automated tools, bots, scraping, or reverse engineering; or misuse contact reveal, chat, profile view, or premium features.
Your matrimonial profile may be visible to other registered users based on app features and your privacy settings. You are responsible for decisions made after interacting with other users. You should independently verify any profile, identity, family, background, documents, or claims before proceeding with any relationship or marriage discussion.
Maratha Wedding provides a technology platform to discover and communicate with potential matrimonial matches. We do not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, marriage, relationship outcome, background accuracy, or user conduct.
We may provide verification, moderation, reporting, blocking, or safety features, but these do not guarantee that every user is genuine or risk-free. Users must exercise personal judgment and caution.
Maratha Wedding is free to sign up. Certain features may require paid premium membership or paid feature access. Payments are processed through Razorpay or other payment providers shown at checkout. Membership access is activated after successful payment verification and remains valid for the purchased duration and features shown in the app or website at the time of purchase.
All premium membership purchases are final once payment is successful and membership access is activated. No refund will be provided for non-use, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, change of mind, account deletion, or if your account is suspended/terminated for violation of these Terms. Limited exceptions may apply only for duplicate payment, failed transaction, payment charged but membership not activated, or where required by applicable law.
You may request account deletion from the app or website. During the deletion grace period, your account may be restored if you change your mind. After the grace period, your account/profile data is deleted from active systems through the scheduled deletion process. Deleting your account does not create a refund right for already purchased membership.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create safety risks, engage in fraud, or violate applicable law.
The Maratha Wedding app, website, design, brand, software, content, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Ponzo Technology. You retain responsibility for the information, photos, and content you upload and grant Maratha Wedding permission to use, display, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the matrimony service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maratha Wedding, Ponzo Technology, and its owner/operator will not be liable for user conduct, unsuccessful matches, offline meetings, relationship outcomes, payment provider issues, third-party service failures, or indirect/consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over Akola, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction for disputes.
